1、 Product Introduction：

LAP-1000S/LAP-2000S fully automatic metallographic polishing machine supports both:

Multiple samples loaded independently

Sample disk center loading

Six samples can be clamped at once, and a four channel automatic droplet dropper (optional) can be configured to automatically complete the grinding and polishing process.

2、 Product Features：

1. LAP-1000S/LAP-2000S fully automatic single and double disc metallographic polishing machine, while supporting:

Multiple samples loaded independently

Load the center of the sample disk, fix six samples at once (8 samples can be customized), complete all grinding and polishing processes, and ensure the complete plane of each sample is ground and thrown out

2. Grinding and polishing disc and sample disc: Set and operate all grinding and polishing parameters such as rotational speed, grinding and polishing time, rotation direction, water valve closure, etc., and automatically save them for easy retrieval;

3. Adopting PLC+1KW high-power motor

4. Two independent 1KW high-power motors (LAP-1000S as a single motor) are used with high torque, regardless of speed, high and constant torque;

5. Wide speed range, from 5 rpm to 1000 rpm (up to 1500 rpm);

6. The turntable starts and stops quickly, and it can stop rotating within 2 seconds;

7. All grinding and polishing parameters, such as rotational speed, grinding and polishing time, rotation direction, and water valve closure, are automatically saved and easy to call;

10.4 working modes:

1) Full automatic mode:

According to the sample materials or user habits, 99 sets of processes (processes) can be set and called, each set of processes can contain 10 steps of process parameters (each process for a certain step of grinding or polishing process parameters: grinding disc and grinding head rotation speed, grinding and polishing time...)

2) Single process mode:

According to each grinding and polishing process, 30 process parameters can be set and called: grinding disc and grinding head rotation speed, grinding and polishing time, water on/off

3) According to the prepared material mode:

Select the corresponding grinding and polishing process parameters based on the type of sample material

4) Manual mode:

Operate a specific function of the device separately

1) The main machine of the polishing machine controls a four channel drip device, and the type and speed of the drip are all commanded by the polishing machine

2) There are three working modes for the drip dispenser: manual, online, and fully automatic

3) Connect with the polishing machine and drip according to the polishing parameters set by the polishing machine; Each mode can be independently set: drip speed, drip time

14. The electromagnetic automatic locking of the grinding head replaces the manual grinding head locking wrench, making it more convenient;

15. By easily replacing the magnetic anti stick disc, all processes such as rough and fine grinding, as well as rough and fine polishing of various specimens can be completed. One disc is equivalent to N discs;

16. Switching between Chinese and English interfaces;
