THBS-3000XP-AZF Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester
Main features:
1. The force value ranges from 31.25-3000kGF;12 kinds of Brinell ruler, which can be customized by users;
2. The Z-axis rises and falls automatically. After placing the sample, it rises automatically and begins to press marks.Electric loading closed-loop control, automatic loading;
3. Each gear force is automatically compensated, and the precision of the force value (3000Kg) is increased by one order of magnitude to 1/1000;
4. Automatic turret, indenter position and measurement position automatic conversion;
5. When measuring indentation, it is fully automatic focusing without manual adjustment.
6. The indentation can be measured both by eyepiece and by computational maneuvering, using the first dual-optical system with built-in camera and micrometer eyepiece.
7. According to the standard block with different force value, the hardness value is automatically corrected.
