Automatic Metallographic Cutting Machine
Main features:
Lc-400yaza automatic metallographic cutting machine is a large automatic metallographic cutting machine with powerful function, simple operation, low noise, safety and reliability. It is one of the necessary equipment for cutting large-size samples in modern laboratory.
1. Advanced electrical technology is adopted:
● PLC programmable controller
● touch screen human-computer interaction
● high precision feed motor with closed loop control
● variable frequency motor with variable frequency control
2. The cutting piece moves up and down (Z axis) to realize chopping cutting, and the sample table moves back and forth (Y axis) to realize sample translational cutting:
● the two axes can move separately or simultaneously;
● both axes can be manually or automatically;
● encoder is adopted for both shafts to realize high-precision displacement control.
3. There are eight feeding modes, which can be customized by the user:
1) Continuous feeding of workpiece;
2) Cutting blade cutting feed;
3) Workpiece reciprocating feed;
4) Workpiece cutting back feed;
5) Cutting sheet cutting back feed;
6) Workpiece and cutting piece are fed at the same time (curve);
7) Manual feeding of workpiece;
8) The cutting blade is fed manually.
4. For 200 different workpieces, 200 groups of corresponding cutting parameters can be saved or selected.
5. Protection of each group of cutting parameters: cutting mode, motor speed, cutting stroke, feed depth and other parameters affecting cutting performance.
6. High power frequency conversion motor is adopted, and the speed can be changed according to the cut material and the size of the cutting piece, so as to improve the controllability of cutting.

9. 450 mm cutting blade (option) can be used, and the cutting diameter can be up to 170 mm.
10. Multi stage filtration technology such as magnetic filtration is adopted to make the cooling water cleaner and greatly improve the cooling effect.
11. The cutting bin and motor and other electrical bins are separated independently to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical appliances.
12. It is equipped with cutting piece storage rack and sample storage table for easy use.
