ICT-4 Intergranular Corrosion Tester

 

Main features:

1. Meet the national standard GB/T 4334-2020 (including method A (option)).
2. PLC and PID control, the water temperature is always controlled at the set temperature, realizing a long-term corrosion process at the set temperature, and the system is stable and reliable.
3. Four samples can be corroded at the same time (the number of samples can be customized).
4. The user's mobile phone can communicate through sending and receiving SMS and intergranular corrosion tester (option):
1) Check the working status of the intergranular corrosion tester;
2) Turn on and off the instrument;
3) If the instrument fails, it will automatically send a short message to the user's mobile phone without being on duty.
5. Remote mobile phone WIFI real-time monitoring (option), no need to be on duty.

6. The touch screen displays the operation interface, which is simple to operate and convenient to set parameters.
7. No external water source is needed. The circulating cooling water (option) controls the automatic return of hot acid to the beaker to reduce the change of acid concentration.
8. In case of insufficient cooling water or failure, the system will automatically alarm and stop heating.
9. If the glass container is broken, the equipment will automatically detect, alarm and cut off the power supply
10. If the power comes back after a sudden power failure, the corrosion test will continue, and the corrosion time will continue to be accumulated on the time count before the power failure.
11. The power of each individual station is 500W, which is controlled independently and convenient for operation.
12. The total power of the intergranular corrosion tester is 2000W.

13. Between 240 ℃ and 260 ℃, the solution is in a slight boiling state, the liquid steam returns, and the liquid steam is in dynamic equilibrium. The maximum temperature can reach 400 ℃.
14.It can be equipped with a special acid mist treatment cabinet for intergranular corrosion (option). The air of acid mist after adsorption and filtration can be discharged indoors without connecting the gas pipeline to the outside.

In the network environment, the mobile phone can be used to check the running condition and control the running of the device remotely in real time to achieve the same operation as the host interface.
5. Special acid mist treatment cabinet for intergranular corrosion VTC-1200
The cabinet is equipped with acid mist detection device. When acid mist overflows, the acid mist treatment system will be automatically opened. The air after adsorption and filtration of acid mist can be discharged indoors without connecting the gas pipeline to the outside.
